You are most cordially invited to the SMSKN Annual Meeting and Holiday Party!
No mere bimble this--our exciting Annual Meeting will include a wrap-up of the year past and a look ahead to 2026-27, including Board changes. Following this, we'll have plenty of time to socialize over a holiday potluck dinner and gear swap/giveaway.

Event Details:
- Annual Meeting: The Board will lead us in celebrating the events and accomplishments of 2025 and prepare us for new adventures in 2026.
- Potluck: Please bring a beverage of your choice and a dish to share and fill out the online signup to let us know what you are bringing.

- Try a new recipe or bring your family favorite. It will be appreciated!
- Paper goods: SMSKN will provide paper plates, bowls, cups, napkins and plastic cutlery.
- Gear Swap/Sale: Please bring any gear you wish to give, swap or sell and clearly label it.
- Lending Library: Lee Bumstead will again provide access to SMSKN's lending library where you can find many good resources for your winter reading. Remember to bring any books to return!
- Cancellation: We will keep an eye on the weather. If we need to cancel the event, we will notify everyone by 5pm on Friday 12/12. The event will be cancelled on Meetup and the notice will go to all who signed up.
