Bethel Point - Knock the Rust Off Paddle

Meet at Bethel Point and plan to explore outer Quahog Bay and Ripley Cove with the possibility to circumnavigate Yarmouth Island.

Figure between 2-3 hours for the full experience.

Let's gather at 4PM on Thursday and plan to have butts-in-boats by 4:30PM.

• Trip Level: Beginner (Level 1) and above
• Bring a sea-worthy kayak with attachable spray deck, kayak must float when swamped.
• Must wear PFD and recommend immersion clothing appropriate for the water temps.
• Bring a snack and hydration
• Be ready to paddle by 4:30, after short shore discussion covering paddle plan and safety considerations.
