Come join a fun-filled and lively spiritual discussion on the topic of our connection to the Holy Spirit as beings of the Light and Sound. We'll explore spiritual contemplation tools to give us a greater understanding of the spiritual experiences we're already having in our daily lives and to help us to better hear the Holy Spirit's guidance.

We'll also explore how to connect with the Holy Spirit every day by singing a special mantra called "Hu." We'll explore how to find the answers to our deepest questions about our own lives. How can we live life as a spiritual quest with love and grace lighting our way by understanding who and what we are as spiritual beings?
