Sarah's Place Too

The Mission of Sarah’s Place Adult Day Health Center is to keep aging and disabled adults healthy, active, and in the community.

We will be in the building on the left, the one closest to the light and there's an awning over the entrance. If that should change and they want us in the orignal location (the building on the right) I will be sure to let you know!
