RUSTY CLIFF IN SEARCH OF MATILDA

This is a very enjoyable moderate 2.5 mi round trip it is put together 4 flatlanders an scramblers =we all start together on a firm sandy trail with short canyons an unique sand stone and lava rock formation with up an down of 30-40 ft we cross over sand slick rock an some lava flow over sand an some sandy wash bottom at the 1 mi mark the scramblers will join me an go up a rocky ridge with elevation gain of 250 feet,but flatlanders will stay on flat sandy soil along the base of the ridge an we will B able to see one another all the time and then the scramblers will come back down to the others for the last 3/4 mi= bring water an snack we should have full sun so lets get out 4 a nice stretching hike maybe we will see some of the full time resident warming themselves in the sun?=hike an walk time about 3hr ?== I forgot 2 add dog friendly But U do not have 2 have a dog 2 go==BMW
