Joint meeting with *NEW* Cornell Nuclear is Clean Energy (NiCE) group

A group of very motivated students at Cornell has just started a pro-nuclear advocacy group called NiCE (Nuclear is Clean Energy) modeled after other NiCE chapters across the country.

Come meet this group of inspiring activists as we plan responses to and attendance at the NYS Energy Plan Hearings taking place across the state in September. This is a crucial time when the state is taking feedback on its draft energy plan and we need to speak up and show up in support of protecting existing plants and supporting new nuclear in NYS.

We have postcards to sign to send to Gov. Hochul, talk about our next social event (First Friday gallery night 9/5), and continue to organize and grow the movement.

Location is the Keeton House Common Room, 4 Forest Park Lane in Ithaca.
