Join me for a night of Cantonese fine dining at Blue Bamboo Canton Bistro!

I’ll be trying out a real gem right here in Mandarin on San Jose Blvd — Blue Bamboo Canton Bistro, ( on a scouting mission for a later meetup cooking class ) this an award-winning, semi-fine-dining spot ( it’s Florida you don’t have to dress up ) known for excellent Cantonese cuisine under Chef Dennis Chan. I’ve never eaten here myself, but several of you have and have highly recommended it, so I figured it was time to check it out.
