Weekend Guidelines

Everyone is expected to signup to participate in the event. No one likes bending spoons on the Meetup app but that is the software that is being used.

When filling open spots, the order of the Meetup waitlist will be used. Since the number of courts that will be used by outsiders is unpredictable and meetup must allow 2 courts for outside players, the queue numbers may be adjusted accordingly. At 10:30 AM, all on the waitlist or not signed up for that day are welcome to play. If you are on the waitlist, check the meetup that morning to see if your name has been added. Remove your name preferably the night before if you will be unable to attend.

If you are on the waitlist, please respect the order of the waitlist.

You are welcome to come before 10:30 and put your paddle to the side until a slot becomes available. The waitlist order will be used to determine who gets a slot if one becomes available. There is no guarantee that a spot will be available before 10:30.

Those who have NOT signed up will have to wait until 10:30 to play. Registration closes one hour before the start time at 7:30 AM on the day of the event.

The hosts will do their best to allow as many picklers as possible to play. Thanks in advance for your support and cooperation.

Note: Beginner classes are available through Cherry Hill Township or at the Pennsauken River Road location.
