Deer Creek Canyon Hike
Details
Saturday should be beautiful, but the morning will be chilly. Additionally, if we get a lot of snow earlier in the week, parts of the trail might be a little slick.
We'll start on the Meadowlark Trail to the junction of the Plymouth Creek and Plymouth Mtn trails. We'll take a left onto the Plymouth Mountain trail and take it to the top of the Plymouth Creek Trail (great views, and on our way down, if folks want to take the Scenic View Trail, we can). We'll take the Plymouth Creek trail back to the parking lot. This hike is approximately 6(ish) miles. Parts of this trail are fairly steep and rugged and we keep a pretty good pace (but we do not leave anyone behind...if you are a slower hiker, we make sure to stop often).
I'll be at the trailhead by 7:25am and we'll start walking at 7:35am. If you have any questions, please reach out. Hope to see you there!
Also, if you sign up, please show up, otherwise, please change your RSVP. I get that things come up and I do not mind if you cancel at the last minute.
