Saturday hike at Staunton

I have not led a hike up at Staunton State Park, but I'm familiar with the trails so we're going to give it a shot! This is going to be a little longer than my usual hikes: 7-8(ish) miles, so bring a snack!

We will start at the Meadow parking lot (go up past the Visitor Center and past the turn-off for the Mason Creek lot, turn right and you'll see the lot. If the lot is full, there is a dirt lot to park in, as well). We will start by cutting over to the Mason Creek trail, follow that to the Bear Paw loop (there are a couple of overlooks that offer amazing views), get back onto the Mason Creek loop to the Old Mill trail, down to the Staunton Ranch trail, and back to the parking lot.

I will be in front of the restrooms in the main lot by 7:25am and we will start hiking at 7:35am. If you sign up, please show up or change your RSVP. I get that things come up and never mind if you change your RSVP, even at the last minute.
