MANATEE SATURDAY
This will be an easy 8 mile paddle, Level II. We will put in at the Caloosahatchee Creeks Preserve West put-in and paddle out the creek across the Caloosahatchee River and up the Orange River to the Power Plant to see the Manatees. We normally see about 25 manatees on the trip.
This is an easy trip, so all are welcome.
McDowell Road starts right in front of Love's Truck Stop, so do not get lost. Please arrive 30 minutes early. There is a $5 cash fee for the park!
