A two-hour open session for all things game development! Whether you're working on a game, thinking about an idea, or just curious—this is your space to connect, learn, and grow.

### 🧠 Meeting Agenda (Flexible Structure)

6:00 – 6:15 PM – Welcome & Setup

• Greet attendees
• Quick tech check for digital participants
• Share SMGDA updates & shoutouts from the June 19th meetup

6:15 – 6:45 PM – Project Showcases

• Volunteers demo their games (finished or in-progress)
• Short feedback & applause after each one (limit to 5–7 mins per person)

6:45 – 7:15 PM – Idea Pitches & Q&A

• Open floor for people to pitch new game concepts, mechanics, or creative ideas
• Attendees can ask questions, offer feedback, or join in the discussion

7:15 – 7:50 PM – Design & Dev Discussion Roundtable

• Choose 1–2 topics from the group or pre-planned themes
• Ideas: “Balancing player freedom vs narrative control” or “What’s your dev bottleneck right now?”

7:50 – 8:00 PM – Wrap-Up

• Reminders about next meeting or any summer events

• Optional group photo

• Shoutouts, socials, or resource shares
