🌿 Talking Circle: Embodiment as Medicine — The Spiritual Art of Healing Through the Body

📍 Sozo Healing House, Suite 103, Tempe AZ
🗓️ Tuesday, November 5 | 6:00–7:30 PM

The body is not separate from spirit—it is a living altar, a vessel through which wisdom, emotion, and life force move. Across Indigenous traditions and somatic healing lineages, embodiment is seen as both the path and the medicine itself. By listening deeply to the body, we can access profound guidance, release stored patterns, and remember our innate wholeness.

From a therapeutic lens, embodied awareness supports nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and authentic presence. Spiritually, it opens us to the sacred intelligence that lives within every cell.

💠 In this circle, we’ll explore:
• How embodiment is understood in Indigenous and spiritual traditions
• Somatic practices that support healing and integration
• Ways the body communicates wisdom, emotion, and spiritual insight
• Tools for weaving embodied awareness into daily life and ceremonial practice

What to Expect:
• A grounding somatic practice to attune to the body’s wisdom
• A sharing circle with teachings from both Indigenous and clinical perspectives
• Reflections and simple embodiment tools you can take home
Bring a journal, wear comfortable clothing, and (if you wish) bring a small sacred item for our altar space.

This gathering is part of The Medicine Way’s community series—where we remember, root, and walk together in beauty.

Free / donation-based event.
