## 🌿 TRE: Tension & Trauma Release
A Guided Somatic Experience
I’m honored to be hosting my first TRE class in support of my mentor, Chad McLean, and to share this powerful, body-based practice with our community.
TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) is a gentle yet deeply effective somatic approach that supports the body in releasing stored stress, tension, and held experiences through its natural tremor response. This is not about pushing or performing—it’s about creating a safe, supported space where your body can begin to unwind and remember its innate capacity to regulate and restore.
In this 90-minute session, you’ll be guided through a series of simple grounding and activation exercises designed to safely invite this release, followed by time for integration and rest. Whether you’re carrying physical tension, emotional stress, or simply seeking a deeper connection to your body, this practice meets you exactly where you are.
✨ What to Expect:
- Gentle movement and grounding exercises
- Education on the body’s natural stress-release response
- Guided tremor activation (at your own pace)
- Space for rest, reflection, and integration
This is a trauma-informed, self-led practice—you are always in control of your body and your experience.
