Sacred Stillness: A Mindfulness Practice to Regulate & Restore
Details
Session 1: Mindful Eating – Awakening the Senses
We begin our bi-weekly journey with a gentle invitation to slow down and return to the present moment. In this first session, we explore mindfulness through the senses using mindful eating as a doorway into awareness. So often, eating becomes automatic—something we do while distracted or rushing through our day. This practice invites us to pause, notice, and reconnect.
✨ We are not changing what we eat—only how we experience it.
Through a guided mindful eating experience, you’ll engage your senses—taste, texture, smell, and breath—while noticing thoughts, patterns, and your body’s response. This simple yet powerful practice becomes a living example of how slowing down supports nervous system regulation and deepens self-awareness.
