Sacred Stillness: Minding Your Own Energy
Details
### Mindfulness of Energy, Self-Regulation & Inner Awareness
Our energy is constantly communicating with us—long before we recognize it with words.
In this session of Sacred Stillness, we'll explore mindfulness through the lens of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy. Rather than pushing through exhaustion or reacting to stress, we'll learn how to slow down, listen inward, and recognize the messages our nervous system, body, and emotions are offering.
Drawing from both Indigenous wisdom and psychological perspectives, we'll discover that awareness is the first step toward healing. When we learn to notice our inner landscape without judgment, we create space to restore balance and respond to ourselves with greater compassion.
