### Creativity • Reflection • Integration

What if creativity wasn't about making art—but about becoming more present?

Join us for an inspiring evening where mindfulness and creative expression come together as tools for nervous system regulation, self-discovery, and healing. No artistic experience is necessary. This is not about creating something perfect—it's about slowing down, noticing your inner experience, and expressing it without judgment.

Research suggests that creative expression can support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and encourage cognitive flexibility. When we create with curiosity rather than perfection, we naturally enter a state of mindfulness where the nervous system can soften, settle, and restore.

### 🌿 What to Expect

  • A grounding mindfulness meditation
  • An exploration of creativity as a mindfulness practice
  • A guided creative reflection activity
  • Gentle discussion and optional sharing in a safe, supportive community

Using colors, words, symbols, and collage materials, you'll create a personal reflection of your inner landscape. There is no right or wrong way to create—only an invitation to be present with yourself.
