Vanessa owns West Seattle's Darling Sugar esthetic salon and she is the owner of Hemlock Homes Real Estate. She is active in her community of Des Moines, WA. She enjoys gardening, connecting and building capacity.

In her personal and professional life, Vanessa is a connector. She enjoys travel, hand crafts, gardening and much more. In this time of change, Vanessa is passionate about helping others to use property to build wealth, age in place, and/or downgrade with grace.

She will bring her passion for her business and helping others to recognize their wealth and value to community.
