Hike Country Lane Woods, 2.5 or 4.3 miles

The weather on Tuesday morning is projected to be sunny, dry and about 70 degrees. It doesn't get much better than that for a hike.

This is yet another group favorite. Please note that we're starting from the Country Lane Woods parking lot, not the Little Red Schoolhouse. We'll take the tan trail down the old country lane to the yellow trail east and back up around the loop. We can then cut off back to the parking lot for around 2.5 miles or continue up and around a larger loop to add 1.8 more miles. This is a very nice, wide, mostly flat crushed limestone trail, mostly shaded by trees.

It will be warm, so I'd bring water, a hat, and/or sunscreen, and perhaps some bug spray for possible ticks.
