🦋 FREE Tuesday Sovereign Circle Meetups 🦋

Our Tuesday Sovereign Circle gatherings happen bi-weekly and are designed to be a supportive, respectful community space where everyone can show up and feel seen. These groups are led by licensed mental health therapists, but this is supportive group work, not traditional therapy. Each week may have a different facilitator, and there is no pressure to participate—simply bring your most authentic self.

Important info:

  • First come, first served—if a session fills up or you can’t attend, there will be another opportunity soon.
  • Open to women of color, immigrants, and queer individuals seeking connection, reflection, and community support.
  • Zoom link will be posted the day of the meetup.

Community Agreements:

📷 Keep cameras on to connect as humans
🔇 Stay muted while others are speaking
🕒 Arrive on time — joining late can disrupt the flow
🤝 No attacking, mocking, or trying to “one-up” others
🌎 No prejudice or discrimination — treat others the way you hope to be treated
