You Don't Need Permission to Take Up Space

This isn't a corporate wellness seminar or a lifeless meeting. This is where queer and/or POC women—and those who love us—show up exactly as they are: unfiltered, complicated, still figuring it out.

Led by a licensed therapist who actually gets it, these biweekly sessions throw out the traditional therapy playbook. No clinical distance. No sterile environments. Just real facilitation for real people navigating real stuff.

Here's what makes this different: You don't have to explain your identity before you're allowed to feel your feelings.

Trans experiences, they/them pronouns, bisexual/pansexual identities, and the full LGBTQ+ spectrum are discussed openly. Queerness is centered, celebrated, and non-negotiable. If that makes you uncomfortable, this isn't your space.

Every session is shaped by who shows up. Topics shift. Conversations go deep. And if you're tired of feeling like the only one, you'll finally find your people here.

🗓️ First Sunday of the Month: Queer and/or Womenx Support Group
⏰ 70–90 minutes

👥 For: Queer and/or Womenx (lesbians, bisexual, pansexual, questioning, and all woman-loving women) A structured support group where you can finally speak the truth about what you're carrying.

This is where you stop explaining yourself and start being understood.

🗓️ Third Sunday of the Month: Mindful Art & Expression Session
⏰ ~85 minutes

👥 Open to ALL: Queer folks, allies, partners, friends—anyone seeking creative healing
A cleansing practice. A creative ritual. A way to center yourself and release what you've been holding.

First half: Mindful creation time. Write poetry. Paint. Make music. Sing. Draw. Digital art. Photography. Collage. Whatever form calls to you—follow it.

Second half: Reflection and sharing time (if you want). No critiques. No performance pressure. Just witnessing each other's creativity and honoring what came through.
This is where you exhale. Where you stop performing and start creating. Where art becomes medicine.

(Note: We focus on art forms that translate well online—dance and sculpture are tricky, but everything else is fair game.)

📍 Community focus: Florida & Washington (but all are welcome)
👥 Intimate by design: Max 15 people per session

🧶 Calming activities welcome — crochet, drawing, fidget tools. We honor all the ways you process.

🛡️ Ground Rules: This Is a No-Harm Space

Before you join, you agree to:

✅ Respect every person in the room
✅ Please Don't talk over people
✅ Keep your camera on (well-lit, sober, and a stationary quiet space)
✅ Hold space for opinions that differ from yours
✅ Validate people's humanity—even when you don't understand their experience

These rules protect the collective. You'll be asked to leave if they're not respected.
