This trauma-informed space uses art as a tool to access deep emotions, process feelings, and envision futures—through drawing, painting, sculpting, writing, and more. No art experience needed, and no pressure to share what you create.

The only expectations: show up authentically, dedicate the time to yourself, and respect others in the group.
