Owl Prowl at Sams House, North Merritt Island

Sams House Naturalists Rob Lane and Shannon Steele will lead.

Please arrive a little early if possible prior to 5 PM start time.

We will begin with a brief introduction of owls of Central Florida then begin a crepuscular walk around the property.

All participants will either bring red-light flashlights or can use some of the Sams House red light flashlights. This will be done to create minimal stress to wildlife.

NO HEADLAMPS OR FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY PLEASE

Please dress for the weather and have appropriate outdoor footwear. Insect spray is encouraged.
