Hike & Pints — Space Coast Millennials
Details
Consider this your Saturday morning reset.
We're kicking off the very first Space Coast Millennials event on Saturday, April 25th — and we're doing it the right way: trail shoes on, group chat on Do Not Disturb, and a cold pint waiting at the finish line.
Phase One — 10:00 AM: Light Hike at the Enchanted Forest Sanctuary Meet at the trailhead at 444 Columbia Blvd, Titusville for a casual morning hike through Brevard's Enchanted Forest Sanctuary. We're talking shade, actual birds instead of notifications, and an easy pace with zero summit energy. This isn't a race and it's not a workout — it's a walk in the woods with good people. The Enchanted Forest is one of Brevard County's hidden gems, and if you haven't been, you're in for a treat.
Phase Two — ~12:30 PM: Pints at Playalinda Brewing Co. After the hike, we'll head over to Playalinda Brewing Co. at 5220 S. Washington Ave, Titusville for local craft brews, actual food, and conversation with humans who also remember dial-up. Beer garden energy all the way — no cover charge, no pressure to stay, no awkward name tags. Just good beer and easy conversation.
Who is this for? Primarily millennials, but honestly — all good humans are welcome. If you're newer to the area and trying to build a social circle outside of work Slack channels, this is for you. If you've lived here forever but somehow never found your people, also for you. Your host Justin is a tech/engineering manager and trail wanderer who's newer to the Space Coast himself and building out exactly this kind of crew — so come say hey.
What to bring: Sneakers or trail shoes, a water bottle, bug spray, and an open Saturday. Sunscreen is strongly recommended — this is still Florida.
