Paddling the St Johns River from Camp Holly to Lake Washington Park

Let's paddle the St Johns River. We will meet at Camp Holly to unload boats at 8 am. Please bring $3 cash for the boat ramp usage fee. We will start the car shuttle to Lake Washington Park at 8:30 am. We will drive ALL of the cars to Lake Washington Park (6000 Lake Washington Rd, Melbourne, FL 32934), and drive the fewest number of vehicles back to Camp Holly. Remember that the current flows north, so we will paddle south against the current to Lake Sawgrass, turn around and paddle with the current to Lake Washington Park. Please know that Lake Washington can get very rough if the wind is blowing. We will stick near the eastern edge of the lake. The journey will be 7 miles, so please make sure you can physically handle that distance before signing up for this trip.
