Blue Springs State Park - paddle and swim

Let's go to Blue Springs State Park. Meet in the parking lot at 8:30 (or before) and paddles wet at 8:45am. Please plan accordingly.

We will meet at French Landing Boat Ramp, 2100 W French Ave, Orange City, FL 32763.

We will paddle downstream on the St Johns River to Blue Springs State Park. There is a $2 charge to enter the park from the water. We will have time to swim / snorkel near the springs boil and have lunch. The French Landing Boat Ramp is just a quarter mile up from Blue Springs State Park. I think we will be able to paddle all the way up into the head spring. They close this off to boats starting 1 Nov.

We will paddle up Snake Creek for awhile turn around paddle back to French Landing.
