Time
We will be setting up beginning at 10:00 AM when our reservation begins, and will have to start cleaning up around 7-7:30 PM to be vacated and cleaned completely by 9:00 PM.
If you wish to come early to help setup or place your potluck dishes, and stay to help cleanup, please do! Just be aware we may be decorating and games won't start until 11:00 AM.
- TTRPGs are from 11:00 AM-5:00 PM (5 PM is the HARD CUTOFF for all DMs)
- It is Adults Only Beginning at 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM-7/7:30 PM is the Adults ONLY Social Hour
Games
- If you are a PLAYER and want to play in any games open to the Guild, they will be posted to Meetup for open RSVPs as we get them.
- RSVPs are REQUIRED to play in these games, if they are open for the Guild.
Maker Table (Mini Painting, Drawing, Crotchet, Coloring, Etc!)
- We will have ONE table dedicated as a space for people to paint minis (as long as you bring your own supplies) or work on any maker-esque crafts if they so wish.
Guests
- Family and friends are welcome for games and the Adults Only social!
- If you are bringing guests, please indicate how many in addition to yourself (or let us know) if they are not clicking RSVP/Attend themselves through Meetup.
Food & Drinks
- Potluck & Play Dish and Allergy List (Editable)
- This is a Potluck, please comment below what you are bringing (also any critical allergies or food restrictions) so people can get an idea of what they may want to bring!
- Clearly indicate allergens and gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or other options, we will also have allergy/ingredient cards to download, or fill out upon arrival.
- A potluck dish is appreciated but not required. ❤️❤️
- There are plenty of outlets for people to be able to plug slow cookers in, and there will be 3 outlets (we can also bring a power strip) near the food area for crockpots, etc. We also have access to a fridge and microwave on the premises.
- If you are going to bring a slow cooker or otherwise need a plug, please mention in the comments so we can plan ahead if we need an extension cord/power strip.
Alcohol is allowed! Many parties at this venue have members bringing a cooler for all the alcoholic drinks.
Accessibility:
- Accessible parking near venue; ramp access; accessible bathrooms; barrier-free pathways; wide doorways and aisles to accommodate wheelchairs/scooters; no loose cables across walking areas.
- The venue for the potluck has 6 handicapped spots total, 3 of which have ramp access. There is also a drive up space with no ledges if you prefer to be dropped off in front of the building to come in.
- All the doors (into/out of the building, into where our get together will be) are double doors. The only doors that aren't double doors are into the bathrooms, which are also both accessible. There aren't any ledges or drops in the way.

Cost
- Reserving community buildings such as this costs money! If you are able and want to, please consider donating to the Guild, on Ko-Fi (the fees taken out on Ko-Fi are much less than here on Meetup using Pledge). Please note it takes about 2.5 weeks for that money to get to the Guild.
WiFi & Parking
Free WiFi will be provided.
Costco is only 7 minutes away! (If we need anything)
There is ample parking to both the left and right side of the building.
