About us

Space Coast Real Estate Investors meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at Tin Whiskey in Cocoa. Doors at 5:30, we start at 6:00 sharp.

This is a working meetup, not a lecture. We go around the room so everyone says what they are working on and what is hurting most. Then a thirty minute training on one topic, which changes every month and which you take home free. Then open Q&A, one member's live deal in the hot seat, and open networking until the restaurant closes.

New investors are welcome and you do not need a closed deal. You do need to talk honestly about your business, share what you know instead of guarding it, and take direct feedback without taking it personally. If you want to sit quietly in the back, this is not your room.

Investors welcome from Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Titusville, Rockledge, Viera, Merritt Island and anywhere else on the Space Coast. We even love y'all coming from Orlando!! Wholesaling, flipping, rentals, creative financing, notes, we talk about it all.
