Python in Cybersecurity: A Review
Take a journey with the speaker as he reviews Python use cases in cybersecurity and some books for getting started. The speaker will also demonstrate some simple tools built with Python and how Jupyter notebooks are not just for data science.

Bio
Mike Long has been in a variety of technology, quality assurance, and security roles for over 23 years with a majority of those years being in life sciences (i.e. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc). Mike is the Lead Product Security Engineer at Arthrex, Inc headquartered in Naples, Florida and the founder of the Southwest Florida Infosec Community(SWFLSec) and SpaceCoastSec. He is also a member of Infragard South Florida, an ITDRC volunteer, and OWASP Bonita Springs co-leader. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife exploring Florida, photography, playing tabletop and video games, hacking, and tinkering.
