### Dinner #1: Finding Our Way – A Dinner on Mental Health & Collective Healing

***

### Short Description

Join us for an evening of stories, soulful conversation, and a delicious zero-waste Mexican-inspired dinner prepared by @Enchilady, one of Manchester’s most vibrant local Mexican chefs.

At Spacio, we bring together kind and curious people — artists, entrepreneurs, dreamers, and neighbours — to share food and explore what it means to live, feel, and heal in our changing world.
Our October dinner welcomes Aimie Skillen (@feelgoodaimie), founder of Feel Good Club, as we explore where our mental health struggles come from, and how community can help us find our way forward — together.

### Long Description

🌿 About Spacio
Spacio is a new community project in Manchester that brings people together over shared meals and deep, human conversations.
In a world that can feel isolating and overwhelming, we believe connection is medicine.
Once a month, we gather to explore themes that shape our collective story — identity, belonging, mental health, and purpose — all while sharing food and warmth.
We’re bringing together modern thinkers and doers — artists, entrepreneurs, researchers, activists, and everyday humans — to co-create a more connected, hopeful Manchester.
Together, we’re building a community rooted in consciousness and care — a reminder that healing and transformation are collective acts. 🌍
