On the 2nd Tuesday of each month, we enjoy checking in with ourselves with gentleness and checking in with others with curiosity. All women are welcome.

Brief Overview
First half: check-in with self, second half: (optional) check-in with others.
Details
During the first half of this event, we are online together, but we keep to ourselves -- it's a time to get into our bodies, feel our feelings, listen for our inner guidance and wisdom. For these moments, we pay attention to our internal landscape, and turn off the doing, thinking, problem-solving, planning, preparing, fixing, narrating, etc. Some meditate, practice yoga, rest, hum, chant, paint, journal, do breathwork...it's your body and we are showing up for it however works for us in the moment. Cameras on or off; microphones silenced.
The second half of the online time together is for personal shares. Each share will last between 3-5 minutes with no cross-talk. Sharing is optional. Feel free to share about your time, your journey, your life...whatever you want!
On a side-note: I am personally relearning ways of seeing the world with less "othering" and internal narratives that promote dehumanization. This does not mean you need to be on a similar journey, but it does mean we'll promote a space where we look for the humanity in all.
