El sabado 18 de Julio tendremos una excursion a Yakima valley, donde visitaremos cervecerias, viñedos y un campo de cerezas.
Itinerario:
7:15am – Meet at Issaquah Transit Center P&R
1050 17th Ave NW, Issaquah, WA 98027
7:30am – Depart for Yakima/Yakima River Canyon
Travel east on I-90 to Ellensburg, then continue through the scenic Yakima River Canyon via WA-821/Canyon Road.
9:45am – Arrive at Precision Fruits & Antiques
140 E Selah Road, Selah, WA 98901
Enjoy local fresh fruit and vegetables for purchase; restrooms are onsite.
11:00am – Arrive at Ahtanum Berry Patch & Bakery, U-Pick
2811 S 74th Ave, Yakima, WA 98903
Pick or purchase peak season sweet berries-multiple varieties, visit the tasty onsite bakery, and prepare with long sleeves and closed-toed shoes if you plan to pick. U-pick $10 (includes 2lbs of berries) www.ahtanumberrypatch.com
1:30pm – Arrive at Freehand Cellars

3:00pm – Arrive at Treveri Sparkling Wines

4:30pm – Arrive at Hop Town Wood Fired Pizza

Finish the day with handcrafted artisan pizza from a local family-owned restaurant.
6:00pm – Depart Wapato for Issaquah
Note: Return via the highway route: I-82 West, then I-90 West.
8:30pm – Arrive back at Issaquah Transit Center P&R

Si planean hacer berry picking, usen camisa o polo con mangas largas, zapatos cerrados, no flip flops, y traigan un cooler pequeño o bolsa termica para conservar las frutas y vegetales frios durante el viaje.
Wine tasting es opcional, si no deseas tomar vino, puedes ordenar snacks y disfrutar de las vistas de los wineries. Las reservaciones para el grupo ya han side confirmadas.
