-> This is not the usual Spanish-English Intercambio - here we speak JUST Spanish for the whole evening. It's a weekly mini immersion :) You can meet locals, natives, people all around the world with One Thing in Common - Love/ Passion for Spanish/ Latino culture!

- Native Spanish Speakers - because we know socialising in English IS NOT THE SAME. Bring your true self and finally speak your mind without compromise, and help others to improve their Spanish on the go.
- BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME TOO 🙏 🤗 ☺️ We will have a dedicated table for those who are at the beginning of their learning journey (A2 level is required), with easy games and prompts to help build vocabulary and level up your confidence :)
- Improvers and Advanced level learners - You have a good level of Spanish; maybe you've lived in a Spanish-speaking country and don't want to lose your fluency. This is your place!

It means you*** can at least understand & communicate sentences and common expressions about familiar and common topics, including very basic personal and family information, shopping, places of interest and work*** etc.

Bring a book you've recently read or a personal favourite you would recommend to others. (Can be a Spanish or an English Book; it's up to you)*
-* In Spanish*, you'll have the chance to share a bit about the book—why you loved it, what it's about, or a favourite part.
*After everyone has shared, we'll swap books so you have something new to read until our next meeting.
- All of this will be enjoyed over a cup of coffee and an optional brunch!
This is a great, low-pressure way to practice your Spanish and get some awesome new reading material.
*To get the most out of this event, we recommend that you be at least at a solid B1 (Intermediate) level in Spanish.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 🙏🏽🌹Tired of the same language-exchange questions? “Where are you from?”
“How long have you been learning Spanish?” “What do you do?”This is your invitation to try something different.
Join us for an evening of stories, laughter, unexpected conversations and real connection — all in Spanish.
You do not need to be a perfect speaker; you just need to be curious, open-minded and ready to share a little of yourself. (Recommended Level - strong A2/B1 - Upper-Beginner/ Intermediate)We’ll have 4 relaxed rounds of 15 minutes, each with a different story prompt to get the conversation flowing. Think funny memories, surprising moments, dreams, cultural quirks and the little stories that tell us far more than a job title ever could.
After each round, you’ll swap tables and meet someone new — so there’s no pressure to make conversation from scratch, and plenty of chances to connect with like-minded people.
Once the four rounds are over, stay for free, informal chatting over a drink. By then, you may have already found people who make Sheffield feel a little more like home.
What to expect:
- 4 guided story-sharing rounds,
- 15 minutes each
- A new topic, table and conversation partner every round
- Friendly Spanish conversation for different levels
- Less awkward small talk, more meaningful (and often funnier) chats
