Enjoy a rejuvenating yoga session (beginner friendly routine) conducted in English so everybody can join is, then dive into practicing Spanish over a delicious sandwiches, cakes and Incredible coffee at the cosy café around the corner from the yoga place.

Yoga Class with Lynn Starts at 10am End 11am (paid)
Coffee & Cakes/Paninis from 11.20am/ 11.30am (Free to attend)

Here's the plan:

1️⃣ 60 min Yoga HATHA Flow Session with Harriet (in English)
"I offer a dynamic Hatha yoga class.
As we tune into the winter season, this practice will aim to bring energy and warmth into the body and create space in the spine. Expect an emphasis on alignment and breath-led sequences to focus and settle the mind."

Limited spaces -6ppl Only - Bring water and wear comfortable clothes, the rest will be provided.

2️⃣ **Brunch & Coffee**: Indulge in a wide range of speciality coffee selection, followed by amazing cakes, sandwiches/ toasties - Vg friendly options available

3️⃣ **Spanish Intercambio - Conversation Focused Sunday Morning**: Come along and chat along in Spanish while sipping coffee and meeting like-minded people.

Whether you're a yoga enthusiast, a foodie, or passionate about Spanish, this event is perfect for you!
Come for the yoga, stay for the food, and immerse yourself in Spanish!

• Yoga: £12 - LIMITED SPACES (£10 for Members - Message for your code) - Pay as you hit the ATTEND BUTTON - no refunds!

• Brunch: Pay on the spot for your own coffee/ food. There is no extra charge for the Spanish Intercambio.

• ➡️ JUST Spanish Intercambio - FROM 11.30 AM ONWARDS -> FREE of charge (pay for your own drinks & and food, and if you like the event, you can invite me for a coffee 🤗)
