This week's guest will be Carlos Meza, a singer, songwriter, composer and multi-instrumentalist who blends many different influences and rhythms into his very unique and peculiar sound: a fusion of a notorious Latin flavours that address issues of social struggle and transmits messages of freedom, peace, love and unity.

Born into a "Vallenato" (traditional Colombian style of music) family in Valledupar, Colombia, Carlos learned from a very young age to play percussion instruments as well as singing. In Australia since 2013, he now leads MEZA, his eponymous original music project set to release its first studio album in February 2019.
