Ana started practicing yoga and mindfulness 20 years ago initially to relieve stress and increase personal resilience. As her practice evolved and transformed her life, she decided to share her blessings with others by becoming a certified yoga and meditation teacher (YRT-500) and Reiki Master. Ana loves to guide her students through their own transformational journeys helping them to become more grounded, flexible and resilient physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Ana has taught at leadership development and resilience programs, at schools and community centers and her students have ranged from people who were completely new to yoga, experienced practitioners as well as students with a number of physical limitations. Each experience has increased her appreciation for how yoga can help anybody to get more aligned, grounded, and centered, regardless of age or background.
