Vincent is a RYS-200 hour certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. He recently completed his training in April of 2022. He is an avid athlete, father of two adult children and husband to his wonderful wife, Lucie. Vincent has lived in FL for over 25 years with the last 18 here in Indian River County. He uses his athletic background and intuition to guide yogi's in their practice with gentle asanas. Please join him for a love donation mellow-flow yoga class. Please join me every Monday & Wednesday for an All Levels Practice.
