Healing Reiki Circle with Tina

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. Reiki is a natural hands on technique to promote relaxation reduce stress and relieve anxiety. We begin the circle with a guided meditation and then every participant will receive approximately 10 to 15 minutes of Reiki. After everyone receives their Reiki, we will end the circle with a closing prayer.
