Breath & Laughter in Humlegården!

I’m thrilled to invite you to a Laughter Academy workshop this Friday in beautiful Humlegården! As a certified Breathwork Teacher, I love sharing the power of breath and laughter in a playful and relaxed setting.

• 17:00–17:30 – Gathering & Socializing
• 17:30–18:30 – Breath & Laughter Workshop
• Stay & picnic after – as long as our cheeks can handle it 😄
  Optionally: Live Caricatures

• Bring: A smile, snack to share, and something to sit on
• Cost: Workshop – donation-based | Caricatures – fixed fee
