Often described as "meditation in motion, this gentle form of exercise helps maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. The slow, continuous and flowing movements promote even respiration, and relaxation leading to feelings of being grounded, centred, relaxed, calm and at ease. `In combination with some fast movements and tapping it will bring the day a mental and physical boost
Schedual:
8:00 - 8:05 Opening session and reception
8:05 - 8:25.Exercise (room will be closed)
8:25 - 8:30 Questions, Talk or discussion
Note:
- This session has a requierment for video on
- This is an active session, everyone is expected to participate
- when we start on 8.05 we will be focussed on exercise
