Free: Fireworks at Borden Park, Rochester Hills

Join us for a fun night at the 2026 Festival of the Hills. We will post where we are sitting when we arrive. Bring chairs and/or blankets.

7:00pm- 9:00pm: Live band and strolling entertainers
9:00pm - 10:00pm: DJ dance party
10:00pm - 10:10pm: Fireworks start
11:00pm event ends

6:00 pm - 9:45 pm, a large variety of food trucks will sell all food and beverages in the park. Each food truck line will shut down at 9:45 pm and food trucks will stop selling by 10:00 pm so plan accordingly!

Parking

Handicap parking will be available all evening inside the park, at the Hamlin Road entrance.
Starting at 4:00 pm, parking will also be allowed on Hamlin Road itself:
traffic will be ONE WAY starting at 4:00 pm:
going EAST on Hamlin Rd from John R to Dequindre
going WEST on Hamlin Rd from John R to Rochester Road
Cars parked on Hamlin have to be moved by 11:30 pm or they will be towed.
Please follow the directional signs and be considerate of the neighbors in the area.

Please do your part to help everyone enjoy the evening safely.

No alcoholic beverages (be discreet)
No real or simulated weapons of any kind
No sparklers, other fireworks, open fires
No pets
No remote control planes, quad-copters or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV)
No charcoal grills (gas-type barbeque grills are allowed and you may bring your own cooler, food and non-alcoholic drinks)
