Carrabba’s Italian Grill offers a classic Italian‑American menu built around wood‑fired grilling, scratch-made sauces, and long-standing Sicilian family recipes. Across all sources, a few themes are consistent: signature chicken dishes, fresh pastas, standout appetizers, and indulgent desserts.
