Meeting format is:
-Members are put into breakout rooms to network
-There’s a “Break the Ice” question to get your conversation started.
-You go around the room and introduce yourself. Share that you do and what type of business or referral you are looking for.
-After about 20 minutes you rejoin the main group and get put into a different breakout room for another round.
-A link will be given to you at the last 5 minutes for you to share all of your contact information, pitch, and what a good referral would look like to you. You will receive everyone's information with in 24 business hours of the meeting in an excel format.
A couple “Cleaning the House” notices as well:
-We are here to network. If you’re just doing a sales pitch and nothing else, and it’s reported you’ll be booted out. It's about give and take and building relationships.
-Online meeting etiquette is that you have a working video and audio. (You must be on camera when joining and remain on camera, it's the polite and professional thing to do. Screen sharing will be turned off. We've had a few incidents of bad behavior so we require this to make this a safe environment for all.)
-NO MEN – You’ll be removed from the room.
-We share our emails to network. Anyone caught SPAMMING the emails will be no longer be allowed in the meetings.
