SPEAK SHAKE CREATE: WINTER SOLSTICE EVENT
A creative workshop where we'll be connecting mind & body and have the opportunity to connect with like - minded people.

We'll do some creative writing, creative movement & creative intention setting for the season ahead.

Here's some more details about the specific activities. Please note no previous experience is required in any of the areas. All exercises will be guided in a gentle, friendly environment.

CREATIVE WRITING:
We've all got unique stories to tell. Here we'll do some fun creative writing exercises to bring them out and connect to our voices. SPEAK.

KUAN YIN QIGONG:
Qigong is a moving meditation where we can SHAKE out what no longer serves us and cultivate energy towards what we would like to focus on.
(We'll be practicing a particular style of Qigong called Kuan Yin Qigong which has a feminine focus created by Jade Circle® Anamarta).

CREATE
Here we are at the December Solstice - an opportunity to reflect on the previous season and set intentions for the months ahead.

This workshop is about having fun and celebrating the winter whilst practicing tools that can keep up our energy & creative spirit over the cold months.
