Everyone is welcome. People with a spiritual mindset are welcome twice.

This group was Speed Speaking. Presentation of Speed Speaking below. Now it's a federation.

Now, Claudia organises short talks (by herself or guests) about spiritual - consciousness related topics, followed by discussion.
Ana and Jean-Marc organise Speed Speaking sessions.

I propose easy topics and everyone in turn stands up and speak for a very short time. (20 seconds, one minute...)

I could tell you that the purpose is to build confidence and improve communication skills. I used this format for public speaking workshops

However the purpose is that this format offers the opportunity to share with others in a really wonderful way.

It's fun, supportive and a great way to connect with others.
