Join us for the Speaker Skills Academy's NYC Creative Lab, a dynamic three-day workshop from September 18-20, 2025.

Guided by Global Speaking Champion Marc Williams and TEDx Coach Cathey Armillas , the Creative Lab NYC 2025 brings together people from around the world who want to be better at speaking.

This weekend retreat is designed for all skill levels and focuses on mastering dynamic delivery, improving speaker skills, vocal variety, and so much more!

Day 1 Thursday Sept 18 :
Arrive to an NYC styled happy hour welcoming you to the Speaker Skills Academy Creative Lab community of speakers. We will then join as audience members of a live story slam at New York's own
Moth StorySLAM.*

Day 2 Friday, Sept 19 :
Following a Brooklyn Bridge Walk and story telling challenge,
Speaker Skills Academy Coach Marc Williams and Brooklyn native will steer us to the best spots for a **NYC Pizza Crawl! We will wrap up the day as audience members at New York's own Upright Citizen's Brigade.*

Day 3 Saturday Sept 20 :
Start the day with a proper NYC bagel and speaker community focused recap of the day prior. We then travel together to immerse in an outdoor workshop at Untermyer Gardens, featuring storytelling drills and personalized live coaching. We will wrap the weekend's events with a farewell dinner** full of great conversations including a creative debrief, key takeaways & action steps for your speaking journey ahead.
