About Your Host & Coach
For over 14 years, I've been helping people to release their limiting beliefs so they can speak with impact. I then built a coaching career on helping people understand what they can do with those new skills.

My programs are all about helping people accept who they are, discover their authentic voice and be able to lead lives of purpose.

But my story is one that may be familiar to you. Because there was a time, long before I started speaking live, when I couldn't speak to audiences or talk on video. And so, I played small...

I used to be so afraid to be publicly visible. I had a difficult time remembering my words and various speaking techniques. And I found it hard to be myself while speaking live, both on camera and in front of a room full of people. I also sometimes felt all locked up inside in social settings. So I shied away from career paths that I was drawn to but felt too shy to try. Even when I was offered amazing opportunities, I would make up an excuse or try to get out of them.

That was some years ago and I no longer suffer from the same visibility anxiety.

So, I am here to pass on what I have learnt in this group. I'll share my techniques and insights in occasional events. If you suffer any of the same issues, I think you will find these meetings super helpful.
