Even exploring the persona of the “other” person can have a profound impact, helping us to practice that high-level objective approach NVC teaches. Come work through difficult conversations and attain clarity on your feelings and needs. Connect with your next step through interactive role play. You’ll receive empathy and support from compassionate communication trainers in a supportive group of like-minded people. Rosenberg, Ph.D., an American Psychologist, and is based on Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr.'s principles of nonviolence -our natural state of compassion.
