Welcome to Special Olympics San Diego – Community Connections
This group is for anyone who supports individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. We’re a community made up of athletes, families, volunteers, and supporters who care deeply about inclusion, compassion, and showing up for one another.
We also welcome law enforcement members, business owners, local leaders, community members, who'd like to use their platforms to bring people together—whether through events, fundraising, or simply lending a hand.
This group is a space to connect with others, promote upcoming community events, and highlight the good work being done on behalf of our beloved Special Olympics community. Whether you’re looking to volunteer, attend an event, support an athlete, or just stay informed, we hope you’ll feel at home here.
There’s no requirement to join—just a willingness to care and be part of something meaningful.
