2025 - April - Coffee Tasting (Kenya Nyeri Othaya Ichamama AA)

A complex, dessert-like coffee with flavours of red fruit punch, pineapple, orange, mixed berry juice, and subtle notes of raspberry, cherry, passion fruit, and guava.

Approximate Timeline:
11:00am - Setup
11:15am - First coffee
12:00pm - Second coffee
1:00pm - Pack up

Every session: V60 pour-over, serving between 1:17 coffee to water ratio.

What to bring: I have a bunch of 4oz ceramic tasting cups, but you're welcome to bring your own.
We're a pretty easygoing group of just socializing over some morning coffee.
